Bodyguard Has Biggest Ever Box Office Opening At Multiplexes; Single Screens Start at Noon: Bodyguard has opened to a historic response at multiplexes all over the country. From North to West to East to South the response is the same all over. With multiplexes smashing all opening records it is a certainty that single screens will follow when they get going from noon (31st aug) onwards smashing all records in terms of collections.


The opening of Bodyguard is the biggest ever in the multiplex era beating likes of Dhoom 2, Ghajini, Three Idiots and Dabangg.

A city like Mumbai which is over saturated with multiplexes saw full houses in the morning and this is a rarity especially as releases keep getting bigger and bigger.

The first day is heading towards being the biggest ever looking at the momentum the film has at the box office.

Bodyguard has opened to 100% collections in Noida. The film has seen full houses in the early shows at all the cinemas in the city and the next few shows are full in advance. It is the first time Noida has seen such a big opening on such heavy volume.
