The Venue: Decorations at the Samdoli venue in Sangli were immediately ordered to be removed following the medical emergency.

Support from 'Team Bride': The Indian women's cricket team members, who had traveled from far and wide to participate in the celebrations, have stayed on to support Smriti and her family during this difficult time.
