Akshay has not only lent his voice to the central character Jumbo but will also be a sutradhar (narrator) in the film. However, what really makes things interesting is the fact that giving Akshay company would be mom-in-law Dimple Kapadia who also has lent her voice for one of the characters in the film.

Jumbo is an emotional story of an elephant and also stresses on family values and relationships. The film explores the subject of love between a father and a son. Akshay has decided to dedicate the film to his son Aarav. The film is scheduled to release towards the end of the year.
