The Name's Grace! Mystery Woman Who Escorted Vivek to a Recent Event Revealed

Vivek Oberoi walked into Dilip Chabria's art show — Art of DC — accompanied by a pretty white girl. The actor refused to disclose her identity to the media present.

The girl in question is Grace (Not Gresha as it was reportd earlier). Says an eye-witness, "Vivek and Grace came together and were quiet comfortable with each other — like old friends. Vivek seemed quite smitten with her and was seen introducing her proudly to everyone present. When everyone quizzed him about his relationship with her, he simply said they would know everything in a couple of weeks." After the event, they left together and headed for dinner.

Says a source close to Vivek, "Grace is an Italian girl who is in to Mumbai for work. She's from South Africa, is a professional surfing trainer and the brand ambassador for Billabong. They met last year when Vivek had gone surfing while shooting in South Africa for the Prince of Thieves. He was introduced to her through a common family friend."

Just 'good friends'

The friend adds that Vivek and Grace are not dating each other though they're very good friends. "Grace came to Mumbai for work as she is a global athlete for Billabong and trains people in surfing."

Papa Suresh Oberoi adds, "Grace merely accompanied Vivek to Dilip Chabria's event. She has even been home for lunch a few times and we are very fond of her." Grace is expected to leave Mumbai in a few days."

Salman Khan Issued Supreme Court Notice On Acquittal In Chinkara Poaching Case Actor Salman Khan was today issued notice by the Supreme Court on an appeal by the Rajasthan government challenging his acquittal in two poaching cases. In July, the Rajasthan High Court found the 50-year-old actor not guilty of killing an endangered species of gazelle or chinkara in two separate incidents in 1998 while he was shooting a film in the desert state. The state government challenged his acquittal; it wants him to be imprisoned to serve the rest of his sentence - after being convicted in 2007 for hunting down and killing the chinkaras, he was awarded a one-year prison term and a five-year prison term respectively. He then spent a week in jail in Jodhpur before being granted bail. While finding him not guilty, the High Court had said there was no evidence to prove that the animals who were found dead were shot by Mr Khan's licensed gun. Box Office Report of Dum Maro Dum : 'Dum Maaro Dum' opens to dull houses. Despite the fact that Friday is a National Holiday, DUM MAARO DUM opened below the mark at the box office in the first and afternoon shows on friday morning at major centres of the country. Of course, the opening trends of DUM MAARO DUM were better than Abhishek Bachchan's last release GAME, but that's no compliment. The occupancy at multiplexes was slightly better, especially at metros, in 30% to 35% range, while single screens were between 10% - 15% - 20%. The average opening, thus, stands at 25% - 30%, which is poor. In view of the fact that it's a National Holiday, the morning and noon shows of DUM MAARO DUM should've started on 50% - 60% note at least.
