Thus ‘Dabangg’ becomes the first Bollywood block buster to get a full-fledged official release on YouTube. It means that now you can watch the film right on your desktop with merely one click of your mouse. The film stars Salman and Sonakshi Sinha in lead roles and was the biggest flick of 2010 by a huge margin can now can be viewed free on YouTube. Dabangg directed by Abhinav Kashyap and produced by Arbaaz Khan is the first Indian blockbuster movie to be released on YouTube as an model for advertisement. With the entire film, important clippings and super hit songs will also be available on the site.

The Director of Content Partnerships (Japan-Asia Pacific) of Google, Gautam Anand explained to TOI, “This initiative marks a major shift in the way movies have been traditionally distributed and opens up a new business opportunity for movie producers and distributors alike.”
