Aishwarya Rai Bachchan looked graceful as she attended the AmfAR Cinema Against Aids gala in Cannes wearing a Abu Jani-Sandeep Khosla desigd gold embroidered saree and co-ordinating tailored jacket with Mandarin collar, on Thursday evening(24th may 2012). Though the 39-year-old was criticised for her weight gain post motherhood, Aishwarya managed to look gorgeous, thanks to her sartorial choice and makeup. Her hairdo was just right for her outfit.

Aishwarya confirmed that her daughter Aaradhya is accompanying her, but is not there at the event.

"The baby's here in Cannes, but not with me tonight, she's doing well. I can't complain about being busy with the baby because hectic is always being redefined in my life.It was easy to come tonight because I'm not making any films."
