Priyanka Chopra to go solo on 'Koffee With Karan'
Priyanka Chopra may be busy shooting for her American TV show Quantico Season 2, but the actress will be back in India next month. And among her work commitments in Mumbai, the actress will be shooting for an episode of Koffee With Karan.
According to a report in Filmfare, Priyanka will be taking a break from shooting her American show Quantico 2 and coming back to her home country for some days. This is majorly meant to take care of her endorsement deals and other commitments. But she might also grace Karan Johar’s celebrity chat show for one of its upcoming episodes.
We hear that PC, who is now an international star, will be appearing solo on the show. Last season she had gone on the show with Deepika Padukone, who is now her arch rival in Hollywood! While PC is making her Hollywood debut with Baywatch, Deepika will be foraying with xXx: Return Of Xander Cage. Before that Priyanka had gone on the show with Shahid Kapoor. This will be the first time that she will be making a solo appearance on the show.
Priyanka was last seen in Prakash Jha’s film Jai Gangaajal. But her last major Bollywood hit was Bajirao Mastani. She has been hopping continents ever since due to her international projects. While Quantico gave her a footing globally, she is set to make her Hollywood debut playing a baddie in Baywatch opposite Dwayne Johnson. While she is shooting for Quantico season two, she only comes to India to promote her productions. Her Marathi production Ventilator opened recently. The next one from her banner is a Punjabi film titled Sarvann. Her fans are already eagerly waiting to see her back on the Indian screens.
