A business tycoon and the wealthiest man in India, Mukesh Ambani and his wife Nita Ambani host a lavish pre-wedding party for their niece Isheta Salgaocar, daughter of Raj and Dipti Salgaocar, at their residence Antilla in Mumbai.
The soon-to-be-bride Isheta will be tying the knot with Neeshal Modi, the younger brother of 'diamond king' Nirav Modi on December 4 in Goa, where her family is originally from.
Needless to say that when the granddaughter of Dhirubhai Ambani is getting hitched, the celebrations are going to be star-studded and a grand affair.
The party turned out to be mother of all bashes with political bigwigs, business czars and Bollywood stars joining the celebration at Antilla.
As per a report in The Tribune, superstar Shah Rukh Khan will be among other celebs who will perform at the big fat wedding in Goa.
The match is a semi-arranged one, but involves a filmy proposal. Neeshal, is believed to have gone down on his knee on the ski slope of a European resort and the couple got engaged soon after in Mumbai.
Isheta has interests in journalism and the arts and is enthusiastically involved in the Sensorium festival in Goa. Neeshal, meanwhile, has followed in big brother's footsteps and is involved in the jewellery business. He splits his time between Antwerp and Mumbai.
After a pre- wedding celebration in Mumbai, the families and guests will move to Goa at the Salgaocar-owned Goa Marriott Resort & Spa.
