Grand Finale of 10 Ka Dum Features Rani Mukerji and Lara Dutta

Salman Khan and Rani Mukerji

The grand finale of 10 Ka Dum features Rani Mukerji and Lara Dutta. It was a study in contrasts: the leggy Lara loomed over the petite Rani. While Rani was her chatty self with the audience and crew, Lara spoke strictly when required to. The show belonged to the Bengali actress. She didn't want to waste any time in the lead-up, "I have been watching it and I know the rules!" she quipped. When quizzed about her appearance on the show, she said, "Anything for Salman — I'll even do a mujra right now if you ask me!" she said to a thunderous applause from the studio audience.

Guess who’s taller? Rani Mukerji and Lara Dutta

Salman Khan Issued Supreme Court Notice On Acquittal In Chinkara Poaching Case Actor Salman Khan was today issued notice by the Supreme Court on an appeal by the Rajasthan government challenging his acquittal in two poaching cases. Box office Report of Ra.One No First Day Box office Record For Ra.One. Ra 1 makes approx 14.63 crore at the box office on Day 1 of release Ra.One will not set a new first day record as the final day 1 collections coming in are well off record pace especially in North and Central India. Some circuits are 50% short of Bodyguard while others are similar. Ra.One has collected around 14-15 crore nett on its first day as per early estimates. The collections are only for its Hindi version and regional version may have added around 1 crore nett. It may turn out to be the second or third highest first day ever but around 30% less than the record of Bodyguard which released 2 months back comparing like and like and just its Hindi version. South India has fared best comparatively while in North India the first day collections are lower than Ready and Yamla Pagla Deewana as well as Bodyguard for the films released in 2011. Diwali puja could have contributed to the lower collections however, given ...

Dum Maro Dum Box Office Collections Report/Review

Image
Box Office Report of Dum Maro Dum : 'Dum Maaro Dum' opens to dull houses. Despite the fact that Friday is a National Holiday, DUM MAARO DUM opened below the mark at the box office in the first and afternoon shows on friday morning at major centres of the country. Of course, the opening trends of DUM MAARO DUM were better than Abhishek Bachchan's last release GAME, but that's no compliment. The occupancy at multiplexes was slightly better, especially at metros, in 30% to 35% range, while single screens were between 10% - 15% - 20%. The average opening, thus, stands at 25% - 30%, which is poor. In view of the fact that it's a National Holiday, the morning and noon shows of DUM MAARO DUM should've started on 50% - 60% note at least. The terrific promotions as well as no major opposition to contend with are two factors that should have gone in its favor. But Punjabi film DHARTI, starring Jimmy Sheirgill [in North India] and Telugu film MR. PERFECT, starring Prabhas ...

Reaction of Nikunj Malik to Rahul Mahajan's Wedding With Dimpy Ganguly

-
Image
Here is Nikunj Malik's Interview After the Swayamvar... Nikunj Mallik Mysteriously, Rahul Mahajan seemed like great marriage material to besotted young girls (or they put up a very good act, at any rate) on Rahul Dulhaniya Le Jayega. Nikunj Malik, one of the three finalists, decided to stop looking at him through rose-tinted glasses and is now rather vocal about her dislike. She says, “I feel Dimpy is perfect for Rahul as both have similar habits and lifestyles, which is not very acceptable to me. Though Rahul was quite interested in me, which was quite evident, I realised he’s not the kind of person I’d like to spend my life with.” A man never changes his spots, darling, so what possessed her to go for someone like Rahul? She says, “For the past two years, there has been no negative publicity about him. When at 35, a man wants to settle down and have a family, that worked for me. He is a nice man, but it’s obvious there is no visible improvement. It was the drinking, smoking and C...
