Joyous Arrival: Arbaaz Khan and Sshura Khan Welcome Baby Girl

Mumbai: Bollywood actor-filmmaker Arbaaz Khan and his wife, celebrity makeup artist Sshura Khan, have embraced parenthood as they welcomed their first child together, a baby girl, on Sunday, October 5, 2025.

Sources close to the family have confirmed that both the mother and the newborn are doing well. The arrival of the new member has brought immense joy and celebration to the entire Khan family, with well-wishes pouring in from industry colleagues and fans alike.

Sshura Khan was reportedly admitted to PD Hinduja Hospital in Mumbai on Saturday, October 4, ahead of the delivery. The good news quickly spread, leading to family members, including Arbaaz's brother Sohail Khan and his elder son Arhaan Khan (from his previous marriage with Malaika Arora), being spotted at the hospital to share in the happy moment. Superstar Salman Khan is also reported to be returning to Mumbai to celebrate with his brother and sister-in-law.

This marks Arbaaz Khan's second experience with fatherhood, a journey he embarks on again after 22 years. The actor-producer had previously confirmed Sshura's pregnancy in June, sharing his excitement about welcoming "this new life" into their home, calling it a "fresh new feeling."

Arbaaz and Sshura tied the knot in an intimate nikah ceremony in December 2023 at Arbaaz's sister, Arpita Khan Sharma's residence, following a period of dating after meeting on the sets of the film Patna Shukla.

The couple had recently hosted a beautiful, intimate baby shower, attended by close family and friends, marking the anticipation for their daughter's birth. As the Khan family revels in the new addition, fans eagerly await the first official announcement and glimpse of the baby girl from the proud parents.

Box Office Report of Dum Maro Dum : 'Dum Maaro Dum' opens to dull houses. Despite the fact that Friday is a National Holiday, DUM MAARO DUM opened below the mark at the box office in the first and afternoon shows on friday morning at major centres of the country. Of course, the opening trends of DUM MAARO DUM were better than Abhishek Bachchan's last release GAME, but that's no compliment. The occupancy at multiplexes was slightly better, especially at metros, in 30% to 35% range, while single screens were between 10% - 15% - 20%. The average opening, thus, stands at 25% - 30%, which is poor. In view of the fact that it's a National Holiday, the morning and noon shows of DUM MAARO DUM should've started on 50% - 60% note at least.
