Rumors on Palash Muchhal:

A Wedding Delayed, Then Called Off

The couple was originally scheduled to tie the knot on November 23 in Smriti’s hometown of Sangli. The wedding was initially postponed after both Smriti's father and Palash were unexpectedly hospitalized shortly before the date.

Although both recovered and were discharged, no new wedding date was announced, fueling intense public speculation, especially after Mandhana reportedly deleted all wedding-related posts from her Instagram account.

Palash’s sister, singer Palak Muchhal, had previously commented on the difficulty of the situation, telling Filmfare, “I think the families have been through a very, very tough time. We would like to believe in positivity at this time and spread positivity as much as we can—and stay strong.”

Both Smriti Mandhana and Palash Muchhal have asked the public and media to respect their joint decision, allowing their families the necessary space to process and move on.
