Sonam Kapoor Signs a 3 crore Endorsement‎ Deal With Coca-Cola

The success of 'I Hate Luv Storys' and 'Aisha' has moved Sonam Kapoor to the real big leagues, when it comes to endorsements. Sonam, who already endorses L'Oreal and Mont Blanc, is now adding a major cola brand, Coca Cola to her ad kitty. And the buzz is she's negotiated and is getting a whopping Rs 3 crores for it.


It seems this brand always prefers to sign rising stars. It signed on Aishwarya Rai when she was new to the industry. It was the same case with Hrithik Roshan too and more recently, Imran Khan and Kalki Koechlin.

Salman Khan Issued Supreme Court Notice On Acquittal In Chinkara Poaching Case Actor Salman Khan was today issued notice by the Supreme Court on an appeal by the Rajasthan government challenging his acquittal in two poaching cases. In July, the Rajasthan High Court found the 50-year-old actor not guilty of killing an endangered species of gazelle or chinkara in two separate incidents in 1998 while he was shooting a film in the desert state. The state government challenged his acquittal; it wants him to be imprisoned to serve the rest of his sentence - after being convicted in 2007 for hunting down and killing the chinkaras, he was awarded a one-year prison term and a five-year prison term respectively.
