Salman Khan launches Bina Kak’s book on tigers, Before Tiger Zinda Hai release

-
Katrina Kaif, Salim Khan, Helen, Salman Khan, Baba Siddique, Priya Dutt and many more also attended the book launch.

Bollywood actor Salman Khan launched photographer Bina Kak’s book Silent Sentinels Of Ranthambhore on Wednesday, terming it a “great book”. “I think it is a great book because I have seen all the pictures much before they have released. All the pictures are really nice and beautiful,” he said in a media interaction.

Katrina Kaif, Salim Khan, Helen, Salman Khan, Baba Siddique, Priya Dutt and many more also attended the book launch.

Salman also said that every time, his movie is nearing release, Kak comes out with a book. “I don’t understand whether we are here promoting Tiger Zinda Hai or her book. It had happened earlier, I was doing Sultan with Ali Abbas Zafar, we were planning on going to Ranthambhore, at that time Bina issued a book on a tiger named Sultan, but the plan didn’t work out. Now Tiger Zinda Hai is coming and her book is also releasing at the same time,” he said.

Salman also shared yet another funny story concerning Kak. “Every time Bina Kak visits a jungle, my life turns into a mess. She sends me 50 photographs every day. So I am like this is good, incredible, I would send her long messages but, in time, it went from ‘very nice’ to ‘nice’ and then ‘hmm’ and eventually I would send her only ‘K’,” he added.

Salman Khan will be next seen in Tiger Zinda Hai opposite Katrina. The film, helmed by Zafar, releases on December 22.

Singh is Bling Moview review Starring Akshay Kumar and Amy Jackson

-
Image
There are two questions that need answers, after you've watched Singh is Bliing — what the hell does Akshay Kumar eat for breakfast to fuel the insane energy he brings onscreen and where was Lara Dutta hiding her comedic talent all these years? Singh is Bliing's opening credits roll against a remixed version of Sneha Khanwalkar's fantastically peppy "Tung Tung". We see a delirious Kumar cracking out bhangra moves with such gusto that you might just feel your muscles ache on his behalf. There's only one word to describe Kumar's performance as Raftaar Singh: octane. Whether he's being the stereotypical empty-headed sardar or busting out dance moves or fighting bad guys, his energy is phenomenal. Kumar is proof that ageing is a wondrous thing. He didn't have even a fraction of this onscreen charm when he was in the prime of his youth. It's not just that Kumar looks infinitely better — the death of the Nineties' mullet has been a boon i...
