Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma were seen at the Mumbai airport as they left for Mumbai for the next leg of their wedding celebrations.

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma are on a tight schedule. Day after their celeb-studded wedding reception in Delhi, Virushka – as they are fondly called by their fans – were seen at the Mumbai airport as they left for Mumbai. The couple would be hosting another round of celebrations in the city on December 26.

On Thursday, their Delhi wedding reception was attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, among other dignitaries. Virat and Anushka had visited the PM on Wednesday to invite him personally. On Thursday, not only did the PM attend the event, he was also seen posing with the families.

The couple had said earlier via their spokesperson that the Delhi reception would be only for the couple’s relatives and friends, with film personalities and cricketers attending the Mumbai reception on December 26.























Virat and Anushka married on 11 December at the exclusive Borgo Finocchieto, a luxury retreat near Tuscany. They returned to India on Tuesday, 19 December, after a vacation in Finland.

After the Mumbai reception, Anushka will accompany Virat to South Africa where the Indian cricket team is playing. After ringing in New Year together, Anushka will return to Mumbai to complete her film assignments.
