Sridevi Walks the Ramp for Designer Neeta Lulla at The Lakme Fashion Week Day 5
Walking the ramp for designer Neeta Lulla as the showstopper, actor Sridevi stumbled not once or twice but three times. Sridevi sported a silver grey body fitting gown. Unlike the thunderous applause that most of the other shows have been receiving, Neeta’s show generated a lukewarm response, on Day 5 at LFW.
Even as the Bollywood brigade including Akshay Kumar, Vipul Shah, Rannvijay, Tabu, Hema Malini, Ameesha Patel and Juhi Chawla looked on, from the front row, Sridevi appeared quite uncomfortable in her silver outfit that had a long train trailing behind it. And when Neeta came to take the final bow with the showstopper, she had a firm hand at Sri’s elbow to aid her to walk the entire length of the ramp again. Kudos to the actor for appearing more confident this time!

Speaking about her experience, Sridevi said, ‘It was great but at the same time very hard for me’. Designer Neeta Lulla was elated to have Sridevi flaunting her exotic collection, ‘It was fantastic that on my 25th anniversary Sridevi walked the ramp and so many people actually made it to the show.’
When asked about the actress’ nervousness, Neeta Lulla clarified: ‘As far as I think, it happens some times when you walk the ramp after a long time.’
Also Present at the event were celebrities like Rani Mukherji, Hema Malini, Yash Chopra, Mugdha Godse, Tabu, Juhi Chawla and Amisha Patel, among others.
