To avoid comparisons With Dabangg poster, Action Replayy poster was changed at the last minute
Salman Khan’s Dabangg poster with two hearts super imposed on his glares has already received immense love from the audience. So when Vipul Shah planned to unveil his first look for Akshay- Ash starrer Action Replayy he realised his poster was similar to Dabangg’s. Here Akki had two hearts stuck on to his dark glasses. To avoid any comparison the director has decided to do away with it.

A source says, “ The creative team realised that Akshay’s glares with the hearts looked very similar to Salman’s look from the Dabangg poster. Hence, they decided to change it by simply removing the hearts from the glares. The new poster will have the same look without the two red hearts.” Confirming this, Vipul Shah says, “ We had this concept in mind but since Dabangg did it so beautifully we thought of doing something else. There is no dearth of ideas and creativity, so bringing out a new poster wasn’t a big hassle.

I think the Dabangg poster looks really good and people have liked it a lot.” Apart from the poster, the first teaser of Action Replayy will be out this Friday in all cinema halls.
