Jagga Jasoos trailer to be out with Aamir Khan’s Dangal?
Will Aamir Khan's Dangal bring in some good news for Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif fans?

Aamir Khan’s Dangal is just five days away from its release. While the actor is stressed, we are extremely excited for it as the film is being anticipated as the blockbuster of 2016. In fact, Karan Johar has touted it to be the “best film of the year” on his show, Koffee With Karan. But there is another reason for our excitement, for the rumours that Ranbir Kapoor, Katrina Kaif-starrer Jagga Jasoos trailer will be attached to it are refusing to die.

While an official confirmation is yet to come, there are others who are saying that it may not happen. According to a news daily, “Dangal has been granted a ‘U’ certificate and is, therefore, open to viewers of all ages, whereas the trailer of Jagga Jasoos has been given a ‘UA’ certificate, which means it can only be viewed by children accompanied by adults. As per the law, a ‘UA’ trailer cannot be attached to a ‘U’ film.” So, will Jagga Jasoos trailer release with Dangal? We will have to wait till this Friday.

The makers of Jagga Jasoos have announced that the first look of the film will be out today and with it, seems like all the rumours and controversies have finally come to an end. The actors – Ranbir and Katrina – ended their relationship while the film was being shot. The film, which was announced somewhere around 2014, is finally heading for its release, which is scheduled for mid-2017.

Meanwhile, Aamir’s film has been granted PG certificate by British censors with the approved run time of 160 min 44 sec [2 hours, 40 minutes, 44 seconds]. In India, the film has been given U certificate, which means the film is open to viewers of all ages.

Aamir Khan-starrer Dangal is all set to hit the theatres on December 23, 2016 while it will release on December 21 in the US. The film also stars Sakshi Tanwar and marks the debut of Sanya Malhotra and Fatima Sana Shaikh. The film is a biopic on Mahavir Singh Phogat, an Indian wrestler.

Earlier in the year, Salman Khan’s film Sultan, which was also based on the life of a wrestler, won a lot of hearts and had become the highest grossing film of the year. With Dangal releasing in the theatres in the next five days, the fight at the box office somehow is also about Dangal vs Sultan, which means Salman Khan vs Aamir Khan. So, to know who wins finally at BO, keep watching this space.
