"Still, there is a constant irritant in our neighbourhood who, through a state policy of a proxy war against India, is trying to distract us... Pakistan has nothing to lose. It is in the ICU and dependent on the IMF's drip. But India today has the 4th largest economy in the world, and we have everything to gain."
