Video: Tejasvi Surya in Panama: Pakistan in ICU, Dependent On The IMF's Drip

Surya, who is part of the delegation led by Congress MP Shashi Tharoor, underscored India's economic ascent, contrasting it sharply with Pakistan's persistent struggles. "Our primary mission as a nation is to achieve collective inclusive prosperity for our people... and become the third-largest economy in the world," Surya stated. "Still, there is a constant irritant in our neighbourhood who, through a state policy of a proxy war against India, is trying to distract us... Pakistan has nothing to lose. It is in the ICU and dependent on the IMF's drip. But India today has the 4th largest economy in the world, and we have everything to gain."

He highlighted Pakistan's long-standing strategy of "bl**ding India through 1000 cuts" over the past seven decades, a policy of supporting terrorism that has plagued the region. However, Surya reiterated Prime Minister Narendra Modi's clear message: "If you a**ack, we won't remain silent. The days of passivity are gone. If you attack us, India has the strength to conduct Operation Sindoor, not just once but a hundred times."

The delegation, which has already visited Guyana and is set to tour Brazil and Colombia, is engaging with leaders, strategic communities, and the Indian diaspora to build a unified global front against terrorism. Tejasvi Surya's pointed comments in Panama serve to reinforce India's firm resolve, linking Pakistan's economic fragility directly to its continued sponsorship of terror.
