Georgetown, Guyana - Mr. Shashi Tharoor, heading Group 5 of India's All-Party Parliamentary Delegation, recently held a press conference in Georgetown, Guyana, as part of a crucial global outreach initiative. The delegation's primary objective is to brief international leaders on "Operation Sindoor," India's firm military response to the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack. During their visit, Tharoor and his delegation engaged with Guyana's top leadership, including President Mohamed Irfaan Ali, Vice President Bharrat Jagdeo, and Speaker of the National Assembly Manzoor Nadir. The discussions focused on India's unwavering commitment to a zero-tolerance policy against terrorism. Tharoor conveyed India's message that its "Operation Sindoor" was a precise and calibrated response to the Pahalgam atrocity, sending a clear warning that any future cross-border terror acts would be met with even harsher retaliation.

Ra 1 makes approx 14.63 crore at the box office on Day 1 of release Ra.One will not set a new first day record as the final day 1 collections coming in are well off record pace especially in North and Central India. Some circuits are 50% short of Bodyguard while others are similar. Ra.One has collected around 14-15 crore nett on its first day as per early estimates. The collections are only for its Hindi version and regional version may have added around 1 crore nett.
