The transaction, registered on May 25, incurred a stamp duty of ₹18.75 lakh and registration charges of ₹30,000.Another apartment, a 625 sq ft unit in Raheja Classique, was sold for ₹2.20 crore to three individuals: Jeevan Bhavanani, Shilpa Wadhwani, and Gaurav Wadhwani. This deal, registered on May 17, involved a stamp duty of ₹13.20 lakh and registration charges of ₹30,000.

Hrithik Roshan sold a 240 sq ft apartment in the same Raheja Classique building to the same buyers who acquired his father's 625 sq ft unit. This compact apartment was sold for ₹80 lakh.
