Akshay Kumar's 'Workout' With Four Adorable Pugs Will Bring You Instant Joy


NEW DELHI: Several celebrities share their workout videos on social media but none compare with this one posted by actor Akshay Kumar. Bollywood's resident Khiladi's workout in this video doesn't involve sweating it out at a gym or lifting heavy weights - this one's zara hat-ke. The video shows Akshay "boxing" with four adorable pugs. And mind you, they seem to be giving the Rustom actor quite a tough fight.


Less than 30 seconds long, the video shows the actor playfully fighting the little pooches. "Today's workout: boxing with these cute little goons," says Akshay on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. He even hashtagged the video #PugLifeThugLife.

While Akshay uses his closed fists to "box" his furry opponents, the dogs use their paws and snouts to return the blows. The end result is the cutest fight ever.


Who knew workouts could be this awesome?

Within two hours of being shared, the video has collected over 6.6 lakh views on Facebook and another 3.9 lakh views on Instagram. Not that it's any surprise but many of the comments on the video, across all social media platforms, involve the word "cute".

The video definitely makes us smile. What about you?

Salman Khan Issued Supreme Court Notice On Acquittal In Chinkara Poaching Case Actor Salman Khan was today issued notice by the Supreme Court on an appeal by the Rajasthan government challenging his acquittal in two poaching cases. In July, the Rajasthan High Court found the 50-year-old actor not guilty of killing an endangered species of gazelle or chinkara in two separate incidents in 1998 while he was shooting a film in the desert state. The state government challenged his acquittal; it wants him to be imprisoned to serve the rest of his sentence - after being convicted in 2007 for hunting down and killing the chinkaras, he was awarded a one-year prison term and a five-year prison term respectively. He then spent a week in jail in Jodhpur before being granted bail. While finding him not guilty, the High Court had said there was no evidence to prove that the animals who were found dead were shot by Mr Khan's licensed gun. Box Office Report of Dum Maro Dum : 'Dum Maaro Dum' opens to dull houses. Despite the fact that Friday is a National Holiday, DUM MAARO DUM opened below the mark at the box office in the first and afternoon shows on friday morning at major centres of the country. Of course, the opening trends of DUM MAARO DUM were better than Abhishek Bachchan's last release GAME, but that's no compliment. The occupancy at multiplexes was slightly better, especially at metros, in 30% to 35% range, while single screens were between 10% - 15% - 20%. The average opening, thus, stands at 25% - 30%, which is poor. In view of the fact that it's a National Holiday, the morning and noon shows of DUM MAARO DUM should've started on 50% - 60% note at least. The terrific promotions as well as no major opposition to contend with are two factors that should have gone in its favor.
