Deepak Tijori finds out the woman he married is not his 'wife after being thrown out of the house
In a bizarre turn of events, actor-filmmaker Deepak Tijori, who was kicked out of his house by his wife Shivani, has reportedly found out that the woman he married is not his 'wife'.
According to a report in SpotboyE, Shivani Tijori threw Deepak Tijori out of their 4-BHK house in Goregaon, Mumbai and filed for divorce and maintenance.
But there's a twist in the tale! When Deepak Tijori met his counsellor, he reportedly told him that Shivani had not divorced her first husband, making their marriage null and void. That's when Deepak Tijori realised Shivani was not his wife legally.
According to the report, Shivani suspects that Deepak is having an affair with a yoga instructor, who is much younger to him.
Shivani Tijori has reportedly filed for maintenance under 125 CRPC (Code of Criminal Procedure) and was quoted as saying, "I am a deserted wife. I cannot maintain my expenses. My husband is liable to do the needful for me and my daughter."
The report adds that Deepak Tijori has filed a case of 'nullity' against Shivani Tijori. The battle is being fought in Family Court, Bandra in Mumbai.
The website also quoted a friend as saying, "Shivani's marriage to Deepak is null and void if she hadn't divorced her first husband. So why should Deepak maintain her cost of living?"
The report also talks about Deepak Tijori and Shivani Tijori's daughter Samara. The website quoted the friend as saying, "Samara is not a minor, she is 20 years old. So she doesn't qualify for maintenance. As far as her relationship with her father goes, it's nice but tilted in favour of Shivani; Samara is closer to Shivani than to Deepak."
