A new Baywatch trailer is here! Priyanka Chopra finally gets a line of dialogue
A new trailer for Baywatch, starring Priyanka Chopra, Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron has washed up online.

A new Baywatch trailer was released online on Wednesday, and like the previous one, it has an abundance of The Rock (and Zac Efron) but literally just two shots of Priyanka Chopra.

When HT raised this issue the last time around, Dwayne Johnson replied, and promised Indian fans that he had something special planned for Priyanka. It seems like that something special was one extra second of footage in trailer number 2.

But unlike the last time, we get a larger outline of the plot, which involves, drugs, a dead body, and real estate scams.

Priyanka plays the villain Victoria Leeds, who is still largely absent from the movie’s promotional material. Whether or not this is a calculated move, or she just doesn’t have the kind of screen time we’re expecting, we will have to wait to find out.

While its trying to strike the same tone as the 21 Jump Street movies, which were also reboots of a cult ‘90s TV show, Baywatch has yet to say something intelligent or witty in its marketing material.

Director Seth Gordon’s film also stars Alexandra Daddario, Kelly Rohrbach and features cameos from the original TV show’s stars Pamela Anderson and David Hasselhoff. It lands on May 26.
