Commonwealth Games 2010 finally gets its theme song. Oscar winner music director AR Rahman composed CWG theme song ‘Swagatham’ released on Saturday evening (28th Aug 2010) in Gurgaon. CWG Organising Committee Chairman Suresh Kalmadi inaugurated the Theme Song Swagatham after the glittering performance. After inauguration of theme song, Kalmadi said that 34 days are remaining in CWG games and assured all the preparation will be completed. Assuring successful games, he hailed the theme song composed by Rahaman. Kalmadi also complemented Haryana chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda for his cooperation in launching of theme song.
