Shashi will get formally engaged to Suananda Pushkar in the sprawling and luxurious Golden Palms Resort on the outskirts of Bangalore. This will be his third innings in married life. Shah Rukh Khan and wife Gauri Khan in Trouble. “After expiry of notice period, criminal proceedings will be filed against the companies and the directors,” the Registrar of Companies (RoC), Mumbai, informed the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). The notices were issued to the companies and their promoters and directors for not filing mandatory yearly returns. Dubai-based Sunanda Pushkar has given up her stake in the IPL Kochi franchise following a row involving her boyfriend and Minister of State for External Affairs Shashi Tharoor and Lalit Modi, her lawyer said on Sunday. Sunanda Pushkar Lawyer Ashish Mehta read out a statement to NDTV news channel saying Ms. Pushkar had “voluntarily” given up the sweat equity Rendezvous Sports World had offered her.
