Actor Prateik Babbar has no time for love right now, and says he is petrified of it. Actor Prateik Babbar has his priorities set, as he only wants to concentrate on acting as of now. So much so that the 30-year-old actor says he has no time for love either. “All my energy and focus is towards acting. That’s the only thing I want to do as of now. I am not looking for love, and frankly I don’t have time for it either. Right now, I will say I am petrified of love,” laughs Prateik. Dhobi Ghat Box Office Review: DHOBI GHAT, a film catering to a niche audience, opened to a good response at select theaters across all urban centres. The opening at the 25-30 odd main theaters was in the 80% to 90% range, while the occupancy at the mass belt ranged from 30% to 40%. The film has been released in 325 screens in India, which, some people feel, is still on the higher side given the genre of this film [art house cinema]. The first promo of Dhobi Ghaat, an Aamir Khan Productions' upcoming Bollywood Hindi film, has been released by UTV motion pictures. Dhobi Ghaat is directed by Aamir Khan's wife Kiran Rao and is her debut feature film. Aamir Khan plays the lead role, that of a painter. The other members of the star cast include Prateek Babbar and Dan Husain. The film is scheduled for release in cinemas on 21 January 2011. Kalki Koechlin has bagged the female lead role in My Friend Pinto. The Sanjay Leela Bhansali production stars Prateik Babbar and is directed by Raghav Dar. This is the Second big Film she has signed After Zoya Akhtar’s Running With The Bulls which stars Hrithik Roshan, Farhan Akhtar and Abhay Deol. Apparently, the producer and director were looking for a fresh face. Raghav had been impressed with Kalki after seeing her in Dev D and he suggested her name to Sanjay. Sanjay agreed and after a screen test, selected her for the film. Kalki will be paired opposite Prateik. Shooting of My Friend Pinto begins on May 20 2010. Kalki is paired opposite Pratik while Manisha Koirala has a pivotal role.
