Monday Update: Golmaal 3 is a Huge Box Office Hit With 40 Crore In Four Days

Golmaal 3 is lighting up the box office on Diwali with huge collections across the country. Monday has seen the film record rock steady collections all over. The early estimate for Monday is around 7 crore nett.


Gujarat is phenomenal while the rest of the country is super strong as well. The four day collections will probably come in just over 40 crore nett.

The breakdown for the first three days was 8.25 crore for Friday, 13.50 crore nett for Sunday and 11.75 crore nett for Sunday. The week is certain to comfortably cross the 50 crore nett mark.

Salman Khan Issued Supreme Court Notice On Acquittal In Chinkara Poaching Case Actor Salman Khan was today issued notice by the Supreme Court on an appeal by the Rajasthan government challenging his acquittal in two poaching cases. In July, the Rajasthan High Court found the 50-year-old actor not guilty of killing an endangered species of gazelle or chinkara in two separate incidents in 1998 while he was shooting a film in the desert state. The state government challenged his acquittal; it wants him to be imprisoned to serve the rest of his sentence - after being convicted in 2007 for hunting down and killing the chinkaras, he was awarded a one-year prison term and a five-year prison term respectively. He then spent a week in jail in Jodhpur before being granted bail. While finding him not guilty, the High Court had said there was no evidence to prove that the animals who were found dead were shot by Mr Khan's licensed gun.
