First Look of Lafange Parinday Starring Deepika Padukone and Neil Nitin Mukesh

Deepika Padukone

Neil Nitin Mukesh

The film uniquely titled ‘Lafangey Parindey’ has been directed by Pradeep Sarkar and produced by Aditya Chopra. The film has Neil Nitin Mukesh as Nandu and Deepika Padukone as Pinky in the lead pair. Their roles are extremely challenging and this love story with a difference is set in the gritty streets of Mumbai.

Incidentally, director Sarkar seems so pleased with the portrayals of Deepika and Neil in the film that he has already gifted them an iPad each as a token of appreciation.

Salman Khan Issued Supreme Court Notice On Acquittal In Chinkara Poaching Case Actor Salman Khan was today issued notice by the Supreme Court on an appeal by the Rajasthan government challenging his acquittal in two poaching cases. In July, the Rajasthan High Court found the 50-year-old actor not guilty of killing an endangered species of gazelle or chinkara in two separate incidents in 1998 while he was shooting a film in the desert state. The state government challenged his acquittal; it wants him to be imprisoned to serve the rest of his sentence - after being convicted in 2007 for hunting down and killing the chinkaras, he was awarded a one-year prison term and a five-year prison term respectively. He then spent a week in jail in Jodhpur before being granted bail. While finding him not guilty, the High Court had said there was no evidence to prove that the animals who were found dead were shot by Mr Khan's licensed gun. A key witness, the driver of the jeep that was us...

Keeping up with expectations, the party saw big names adding their aura to the proceedings. Everyone was there — from film stars, models, Indian Premier League T20 officials, corporate honchos, unknown socialites and of course, the players. Vijay Mallya was spotted in a serious discussion (strategising the next win, maybe?). Siddarth Mallya was seen mixing around with...

Ikkis Movie Review: Agastya Nanda's Theatrical Debut and A Heartbreaking Farewell to Dharmendra (2026)

-

‘Ikkis’ is Not the War Movie You Expect, It’s the One We Need. (A Tearful Goodbye to a Legend) Sriram Raghavan drops his signature twists for a deeply emotional, classy tribute to Second Lt. Arun Khetarpal.  Here is review of the film that has kicked off Bollywood's 2026 calendar. Read our honest Ikkis movie review. Sriram Raghavan’s war drama starring Agastya Nanda & Dharmendra is a soulful masterpiece. Is it worth watching? Find out here. The lobby of the cinema was unusually quiet. There was none of that post-movie chatter. Just a collective, heavy silence and more than a few people wiping their eyes. That silence is perhaps the biggest victory for director Sriram Raghavan. Going into Ikkis, ones expectations could be mixed. A Sriram Raghavan film usually means edge-of-the-seat suspense, dark humor, and neo-noir style (Andhadhun, Badlapur). A biopic about the youngest Param Vir Chakra recipient, set during the 1971 war, seemed way out of his comfort zone. Related Posts: Agas...
