Box Office Report of Tees Maar Khan: Tees Maar Khan Takes a Huge Opening at the box office but the reports about the film are negative Tees Maar Khan took a great opening at the box office across the country but the reports are not good. The film is a hit on the strength of its opening but whether it becomes a blockbuster is in doubt as collections in the evening at places could not keep up with its bombastic start in the morning. Saturday is a holiday which could help but Sunday will tell where the film is going. Another plus is two weeks of no competition. The other two releases of the week, Toonpur Ka Superrhero and Isi Life Mein had very dull collections and could not register at the box office due to the Tees Maar Khan wave. Salman Khan Issued Supreme Court Notice On Acquittal In Chinkara Poaching Case

Salman Khan Issued Supreme Court Notice On Acquittal In Chinkara Poaching Case Actor Salman Khan was today issued notice by the Supreme Court on an appeal by the Rajasthan government challenging his acquittal in two poaching cases. In July, the Rajasthan High Court found the 50-year-old actor not guilty of killing an endangered species of gazelle or chinkara in two separate incidents in 1998 while he was shooting a film in the desert state. The state government challenged his acquittal; it wants him to be imprisoned to serve the rest of his sentence - after being convicted in 2007 for hunting down and killing the chinkaras, he was awarded a one-year prison term and a five-year prison term respectively. He then spent a week in jail in Jodhpur before being granted bail. While finding him not guilty, the High Court had said there was no evidence to prove that the animals who were found dead were shot by Mr Khan's licensed gun. A key witness, the driver of the jeep that was us...

It was a second win for the Royal Challengers Bangalore, when they comfortably defeated the Rajasthan Royals. And to celebrate the victory that too on home turf, the boys did party hard on Thursday, 18th March 2010. This was the second IPL 2010 After Nights Party held at Bangalore this year, the first happened on Tuesday, 16th March 2010 - after the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RBC) Twenty20 match against Kings XI Punjab. [ View Pictures From the First IPL Party at B'lore ] They partied till dawn! - For a city that sleeps at 11.30 pm, the second signature after party at ITC Royal Gardenia on Thursday was a revelation. Keeping up with expectations, the party saw big names adding their aura to the proceedings. Everyone was there — from film stars, models, Indian Premier League T20 officials, corporate honchos, unknown socialites and of course, the players. Vijay Mallya was spotted in a serious discussion (strategising the next win, maybe?). Siddarth Mallya was seen mixing around with...

Ikkis Movie Review: Agastya Nanda's Theatrical Debut and A Heartbreaking Farewell to Dharmendra (2026)

-

‘Ikkis’ is Not the War Movie You Expect, It’s the One We Need. (A Tearful Goodbye to a Legend) Sriram Raghavan drops his signature twists for a deeply emotional, classy tribute to Second Lt. Arun Khetarpal.  Here is review of the film that has kicked off Bollywood's 2026 calendar. Read our honest Ikkis movie review. Sriram Raghavan’s war drama starring Agastya Nanda & Dharmendra is a soulful masterpiece. Is it worth watching? Find out here. The lobby of the cinema was unusually quiet. There was none of that post-movie chatter. Just a collective, heavy silence and more than a few people wiping their eyes. That silence is perhaps the biggest victory for director Sriram Raghavan. Going into Ikkis, ones expectations could be mixed. A Sriram Raghavan film usually means edge-of-the-seat suspense, dark humor, and neo-noir style (Andhadhun, Badlapur). A biopic about the youngest Param Vir Chakra recipient, set during the 1971 war, seemed way out of his comfort zone. Related Posts: Agas...

Pregnant Kajol Photo Kajol has always been known as someone who speaks her mind. She recently declared that she does not need a boy to complete her family. Married to Ajay Devgn since 1999, Kajol is mother to seven-year-old Nysa and is heavily pregnant right now. She is due in September. Coincidentally, her film We Are Family is also releasing at the beginning of the month and she will not be able to promote it at that time which is why she has already recorded and given interviews for the film last month. Kajol is not praying for a boy or a son and would be immensely enthused to give birth to another girl. She said, 'I just want a healthy and happy baby and I want to be a healthy and happy mother to my baby.' Kajol has three releases this year: My Name is Khan has already released, We Are Family is ready for release, and Toonpur Ka Superhero will release later this year. It is an animated film in which Ajay Devgn is her co-star. Kajol is very choosy about her films as her fami...

Former Indian Idol contestant Meiyang Chang, who recently made his Bollywood debut in Badmaash Company, will be on the green carpet hosting the nomination special at IIFA 2010. The dentist-turned-singer-turned-actor has bagged a soccer-based reality show for ESPN. “My focus has shifted from singing after Indian Idol 3, which is not surprising because it was always a hobby,” he says candidly. Pic: Ex-Indian Idol contestant Meiyang Chang and Star of the Bollywood Film Badmaash Company Following protests by Tamilians outside his home, Pratiksha, Amitabh Bachchan, if rumours are to be believed, will not be flying to Colombo in June despite being IIFA’s brand ambassador. Wizcraft, organiser of the event, however, continue to say that he will be there but Mani Ratnam, for sure, has pulled out his next, Raavan, that was supposed to be unveiled there. Salman Khan is on the star guest list but his “busy schedule” could give him an excuse to drop out of the event that South stars like Rajnikant ...
