Jacqueline has wrapped up shooting for Sidharth Malhotra- starrer Reload and is currently filming Tarun Mansukhani’s Drive, which features Sushant Singh Rajput opposite her.


Jacqueline Fernandez says she is not sure if she would be able to join superstar Salman Khan for his maiden live concert in Australia and New Zealand.

There were reports that she would do a special act in the Da Bang tour, which is likely to see performances by several Bollywood stars like Sonakshi Sinha, Bipasha Basu, Prabhudheva, Daisy Shah, Badshah and Maniesh Paul. “Nothing has been confirmed as yet actually, so there is no word on that. I will be shooting for Drive and Judwaa 2, so I am not sure if the dates will work out,” Jacqueline told reporters at the Nykaa Femina Beauty awards.

She has wrapped up shooting for Sidharth Malhotra- starrer Reload and is currently filming Tarun Mansukhani’s Drive, which features Sushant Singh Rajput opposite her.

Jacqueline, meanwhile, also plans to open a restaurant in Bandra and says it is her passion project. “I have a restaurant in Sri Lanka. My passion is to feed people and entertain them. My best friend owns two restaurants so we decided to open it together. I am quite a foodie myself so this seemed good,” she says.

Salman Khan Issued Supreme Court Notice On Acquittal In Chinkara Poaching Case Actor Salman Khan was today issued notice by the Supreme Court on an appeal by the Rajasthan government challenging his acquittal in two poaching cases. In July, the Rajasthan High Court found the 50-year-old actor not guilty of killing an endangered species of gazelle or chinkara in two separate incidents in 1998 while he was shooting a film in the desert state. The state government challenged his acquittal; it wants him to be imprisoned to serve the rest of his sentence - after being convicted in 2007 for hunting down and killing the chinkaras, he was awarded a one-year prison term and a five-year prison term respectively. He then spent a week in jail in Jodhpur before being granted bail. Criminal Case Booked Against Shoaib Malik, Charged With Cruelty and Cheating

HYDERABAD: The Shoaib Malik-Ayesha Siddiqui tangle turned murkier on Sunday with the latter slapping serious charges against the Pakistani cricketer with the police. Acting on the complaint filed late in the afternoon, the Banjara Hills police registered cases against Malik under sections 498A (subjecting married woman to cruelty), 420 (cheating) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the IPC. Police said Ayesha has alleged that Shoaib married her, then harassed her over petty issues and later denied the nikah ever took place. Now, the complaint says, Shoaib is trying to marry again without her consent. Ayesha also alleged that Shoaib had offered her $1 million to keep the wedding under wraps and threatened to take her life in case she went to the media. A copy of the nikahnama was attached to the complaint, which was signed by Ayesha and brought to the police by her father. Soon after the success of 'Jolly LLB' the makers had announced a sequel to the movie. While Arshad Warsi was to play the protagonist in the sequel, the makers later replaced him with Akshay Kumar as they wanted a bigger star this time.
