Rang Barse: Watch Ayushmann Khurrana sing his favourite Holi song

Actors Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar, who are shooting for Aanand L Rai Production, Shubh Mangal Saavdhan, in Delhi are gearing up to celebrate Holi in the Capital. In an interview with HT City, Ayushmann said that his family - wife Tahira, son Virajveer Khurrana and daughter Varushka Khurrana - will visit him in Delhi to celebrate the festival of colours.

“I feel Holi is the best time to be in  Delhi. It’s the best weather. Holi comes at the right time when it’s not warm enough. It is one of the best festivals in our country. My family is coming down to Delhi and we plan to have a great time together. We will be celebrating Holi at the hotel only - it will be our own little thing,” he says. The actor also shared his Holi wishes with his rendition of Rang Barse , exclusively for Hindustan Times.



Actor Bhumi Pednekar, who will share screen space with Ayushmann Khurrana for the second time after her debut film Dum Laga Ke Haisha (2015), is ecstatic to celebrate the festival too.“ I have heard Delhi Holi is epic and I am so happy to be here. Holi for me has always been about water balloons and pichkaris, and as we grew up, it included a lot of colours too,” she says.

Salman Khan Issued Supreme Court Notice On Acquittal In Chinkara Poaching Case Actor Salman Khan was today issued notice by the Supreme Court on an appeal by the Rajasthan government challenging his acquittal in two poaching cases. In July, the Rajasthan High Court found the 50-year-old actor not guilty of killing an endangered species of gazelle or chinkara in two separate incidents in 1998 while he was shooting a film in the desert state. The state government challenged his acquittal; it wants him to be imprisoned to serve the rest of his sentence - after being convicted in 2007 for hunting down and killing the chinkaras, he was awarded a one-year prison term and a five-year prison term respectively. He then spent a week in jail in Jodhpur before being granted bail. While finding him not guilty, the High Court had said there was no evidence to prove that the animals who were found dead were shot by Mr Khan's licensed gun. Criminal Case Booked Against Shoaib Malik, Charged With Cruelty and Cheating

HYDERABAD: The Shoaib Malik-Ayesha Siddiqui tangle turned murkier on Sunday with the latter slapping serious charges against the Pakistani cricketer with the police. Acting on the complaint filed late in the afternoon, the Banjara Hills police registered cases against Malik under sections 498A (subjecting married woman to cruelty), 420 (cheating) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the IPC. Police said Ayesha has alleged that Shoaib married her, then harassed her over petty issues and later denied the nikah ever took place. Now, the complaint says, Shoaib is trying to marry again without her consent. Ayesha also alleged that Shoaib had offered her $1 million to keep the wedding under wraps and threatened to take her life in case she went to the media. A copy of the nikahnama was attached to the complaint, which was signed by Ayesha and brought to the police by her father. Soon after the success of 'Jolly LLB' the makers had announced a sequel to the movie. While Arshad Warsi was to play the protagonist in the sequel, the makers later replaced him with Akshay Kumar as they wanted a bigger star this time.
